The Mission
Automakers routinely abandon replacement parts 10–15 years after vehicle production ends. Sun-baked dashboard bezels crack, fragile mounting tabs snap during stereo installations, and replacement interior parts become impossible to locate.
Aslanpart operates an automotive reverse-engineering studio in Boston, Massachusetts. We digitize rare donor specimens, fix broken geometries in parametric CAD, and produce fresh, UV-stable components on-demand.
Sub-Millimeter Metrology
We don't use consumer-grade hobbyist scanners. Our lab utilizes industrial structured-light and laser 3D metrology scanners capable of capturing compound interior contours down to ±0.05 mm accuracy.
Every curved cluster bezel, dash vent border, and snap clip retains its original curvature, ensuring seamless flush alignment with your factory dashboard upholstery.
Automotive-Grade ASA Polymer
Standard 3D printing plastics like PLA or PETG soften, warp, and deform inside hot locked cars on summer days.
We manufacture exclusively in high-temp automotive ASA polymer (heat deflection up to 100°C / 212°F), featuring built-in UV resistance against sun fade and an OEM-matching satin-matte texture.

Optical Laser Digitization
The original specimen is cleaned and 3D scanned across multiple rotational axes, capturing exterior aesthetics and internal clip sockets.
Parametric Solid CAD Modeling
Raw point-cloud scan data is re-engineered into watertight solid CAD geometry. Warped edges are straightened and broken tabs are reconstructed.
Digital Mirroring & Custom Mods
For international builds, rare right-hand drive (RHD) parts are digitally mirrored for left-hand drive (LHD) chassis, or updated with custom accessory integrations.
On-Demand ASA Production & QC
Manufactured on calibrated industrial production machines, inspected with digital micrometers, and test-fitted against physical vehicle clip standards.
